Catherine received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Mary Washington in 2006 with majors in historic preservation and art history. She earned her master’s degree in urban and regional planning from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2008.
Before joining Sadler & Whitehead, Catherine worked for the City of Richmond’s planning department for seven years. While there, she administered the City’s Old and Historic District program and assisted the City’s Commission of Architectural Review. Her work at the City also included Section 106 review and support of citywide planning initiatives.
